Whilst our support services are recommended, they are ultimately optional and you can pick and choose which elements you require as part of your initial and ongoing deployment. For example, our software is warranted for a minimum period but by choosing to utilise our Helpdesk services, your software warranty is automatically extended to as long as you retain the Helpdesk services provision.
