In June 2009 CEL (Collective Enterprises Ltd www.cel.co.uk) commissioned PityArka
to develop their PCHS (Prescriptions Clearing House Solution) based upon PityArka’s PISCES software (see below).
Managed by CEL Transform, PCHS is a full end to end solution for the TCES Retail Model. Allowing
secure access for Prescribing professionals, Accredited Retailers and CES Staff alike, Prescriptions for SADLs can be securely created, modified,
and redeemed by the relevant protagonists involved.
Featuring full back office functionality the system generates the reimbursements due to Retailers
by the relevant commissioning authority whether that be based upon the type of product issued, where the Service User lives, the Prescriber initiating
the Prescription or a combination of rules.
Leaning on CEL’s extensive experience of payment and collection services the PCHS solution dovetails neatly
into their business solutions and the result is an efficient, secure portal under which the Retail Model is delivered.

PISCES is a complete end to end IT solution for the TCES Retail Model.
The system manages the journey of a Prescription from the assessment outcome, through redemption and finally reimbursement.
